clutch change Torque spec.s

Im replacing the clutch on my '06 EX with the 1.8l engine (R18 i believe?) and don't have a manual so I'm wondering if anyone has the torque spec.s for:

-Flywheel (87 i think?) I haven't done a clutch in years, are there timing marks on the flywheel? I'm putting a new one on
-Pressure plate (19 i think?)
-Tranny mount bolts to engine
-2 motor mounts, one from tranny to frame, other engine to sub frame
-The 4 long-*** sub-frame bolts in the corners that took me an entire day to get out because they were so siezed

Also, is the crank bolt on our cars torque to yield?

Thanks for any help guys & gals!

Re: Torque spec.s

The crank bolt I believe is somewhere between 34-40 ft lbs, then rotate it an additional 90 degrees, don’t quote me on that I could be wrong. I don’t remember the last one I replaced being torque to yield, but I do know that I have broken a few in the past. Most times you can call a local Honda dealer and they can tell you the torque specs

Re: Torque spec.s

Got the tranny off today and the release fork was shattered. No wonder the clutch wouldn't disengage!
