Feeling a "clunk" when shifting

06 sedan 1.8 motor. Whenever I let the clutch out after changing gears I feel a clunk. Can't tell if its coming from the clutch or tranny(hopefully not the tranny). Clutch was replaced last year(everything including bushing). What could be possible causes of this aside from possibly tranny? Thought maybe it could be caused by the clutch freeplay adjustment but guy at Honda told me that would have no impact on it. What could I try/check to fix it? Any help appreciated.

Maybe an engine/torque mount if you're lucky. get a friend to start the engine and watch to see if there is a lot of engine movement.

Visually check to the two engine mounts and the two torque mounts.
