Car starts but it takes a lot of cranks to get it going.
Hi guys and gals. I have a Honda Civic 2012 LX. It works great once I get it running but it takes a lot of cranks to get it started up. It makes a mechanical whizzing type of noise until it finally starts. This can go on for 30 seconds and sometimes even longer. If I have the key in and have all of the electronics powered on and just leave it like that for half a minute before cranking it, it seems to make it easier for the vehicle to start.
Things I have done so far:
Replaced the starter - same problem.
Took it to the local Autozone, their diagnostic tool says everything looks good on their end.
Tested the battery with a multi meter, it reads 13 to 13.2v which I think is in the good range. Plus, it's only about a year old.
Looked at the air lines and saw no cracks or anything loose. The air filter looked nice and clean as well.
I have a OBD2 scanner tool to get the codes, and it said: #070E "System Too Lean Bank 1". I looked at the air lines and I didn't see anything wrong, but, I don't know what bank 1 refers too..
I took a video of the issue if that helps.
