It was a frontal crash on the driver's side (left).
I posted 3 pics: front, engine bay from the top and bottom of the engine bay after battery was removed.
The battery was crushed and leaked. I changed it and it still wouldn't crank/start.
I dug a little deeper and found two metal cilinders with wire connections that broke with the impact (see last pic); they belong to the same part and it should be easy to replace it. I just don't know what it is!!!!!
The engine proper has not been impacted at all. The radiator is shot but I wouldn't expect it would prevent the car to start (could be wrong).
My main concern at this point is the frame (?). Please see pic below with a red arrow. See the RED ARROW? Is this part replaceable? It seems soldered...
I’d expect it to start with broken shift solenoids but there might be an electrical short or something. Get a scan tool and scan it for any codes of sensors that might not be working.
