Help - battery to starter black wire

Hello all,
2006 civic EX
Hoping someone might know where this wire goes...
In the electrical harness that goes down to starter, I have the large positive cable, a BLK/WHT stripe wire that goes to the solenoid, and a solid Blk wire. does anyone know where this solid Blk wire connects to?
Thanks!

Re: Help - battery to starter black wire

I know this isn't great, but best I have after positive cable melted harness.
Besides the positive cable, brown knock sensor, blk/wht solenoid, i don't know where other wire goes.

Re: Help - battery to starter black wire

Knock sensor is only one wire. For the life of me I cannot think of what that would go to.

Knock sensor wiring diagram shows it has an insulating shield around it. But it shouldn't look like an extra wire.
