What is this racket P2646

(Edit - it was rod knock, cylinder 2 spun a bearing)
So I'm new to the Honda world but I am mechanically inclined, took this off a buddies hands. Made this noise before and after oil change, was throwing a p2646 code. Changed the oil, vtec spool solenoid, cleaned the screen. And it made this noise before and after the oil change.

Sounds like a rod knock. Lots of metal flakes in the oil? Bottom end will need rebuilt or replaced.

When I pulled the vtec solenoid, there was glitter looked like steel and copper but it wasn't an abundance of it. Drain plug didn't have any glitter though

Is the drain plug magnetic? OEM is not. If you empty whatever you caught the oil in there should be metal flakes/glitter on the bottom. I'm 99% sure that's a rod knock.
