I have a 07 civic hybrid been sitting a while I jumped it about a month ago the alarm goes off when I hook the cables up. Today I went to jump it no alarm, I'm like ok weird, I get in the the car the green key immobilizer light is flashing so I googled I replaced fob battery, car battery. checked the acg-s fuse still no start. left the key in the on position for 10 mins nothing. went from 0-3 4 times with the key hitting the lock button to sync the fob nothing. radio works after I pit the code in but windows don't work, no lock buttons work any ideas please.

Check some more fuses, immobilizer shouldn't affect the windows
