Any ideas of things I need to check?
I disconnected the fuel line where it goes into fuel rail and when key set to on it pumps fuel
I checked the EGR valve as there was a video that suggested it could be the issue. it doesn't look stuck open
I disconnected MAF sensor and tried to start. no difference.
Holding keys with slight pressure (in case maybe it's a flaky ignition switch) doesn't seem to make a difference.
I haven't really tested the relays but like I said, initially there is fuel pumped and car starts briefly

A troubleshooting diagram would be helpful, especially if it's specific to these hondas.

Well, right now there is no check engine light since I reset the codes but yes I forgot to mention that it has been having really bad missfires for a while and it got to where it is now, not driveable. It kept setting these types of codes P301, 302, 303,304
Oh also I replaced the spark plugs recently. I have replaced the coil packs about two years ago as it had these same kind of symptoms back then and that seemed to fix things. is it possible that the coil packs are trash again so fast?
