Grinding noise

I have noticed my 2007 civic si coupe has grinding like noise upon cold start, any ideas on what it could be? Any suggestions are much appreciated, thank you.

VTC actuator failure was common on the later K-series (mostly on the TSX's, but it happened on other models). If not that, then it could be your timing chain tensioner.
