What part of the engine is this?

Hey guys, new to this forum but could use your help. The area on the engine has developed an oil leak. Can you tell me what part this is that's leaking? It's located near the left rear of the engine and has a vacuum line (i think that's what it is) attached.

2006 Civic EX. Looking through the link that SD sent it's the PCV valve. Evidently its reaching the end of its life span (at 227K miles) so I went ahead and ordered an OEM replacement and plan on installing it Wednesday.
