Radior fan manually spin it to work.

Hello, recently my radiator fan is not coming on when it supposed to. I have to manually spin the blade to get it to work, but sometimes stay on sometimes turn off and condenser fan does it too but not all the time.... Anybody got clue?

Replacing fan might solve the problem but also check out it carefully periodically.
