crank no start

07 civic sat with battery disconnected for about 2months. I swapped motors out all stock. Now it just cranks about 3-4 seconds of cranking the green key light and the green light dot on drive light up. Any help can help.

the green key light
Immobilizer light. What is it doing while you are trying to crank the engine?

Be sure the battery is fully charged too. Low system voltage can cause the immobilizer to do wrong things.
