2007 had R18 stock, any B engine will be 2 generations step back
there are no B17 engines anywhere

Honda made a single variant of the B17, which came in the first gen Integra GSR (B17A1). They are incredibly rare. Send a photo of the engine bay so we can confirm. I can say with 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999% certainty that it's not a B17.

I mean... unless someone pulled a Nap (maxtierney) and bored out a B16 to 1.7.
