Pcm compatibility

I recently bought a 97 civic cx and plan on swapping the engine out for a 1.8 out of an 07 civic. I went to lkq and bought a pcm because someone decidied to toss the computer in the garbage that was in the 07 civic..along with the wiring harness smh. ... I just need to know if the pcm from an 06 will run an 07 with the most minor of reprograming needed(if necessary)
