d17a2 headswap to d17a1 DX civic sedan

HI,

I read all the forum and sticky..

I bent some valves .. So am stuck at rebuilding the few valves i bent or swap new head while am at spending money,..

I am looking some cheap mod, car has 275k, kept up by me, and compression was 200 this summer.. cam shaft bolt came loose and i got a bang , shered the key.. it happen at low speed getting of gas station..

I do have bent valves, how bad i dunno, i will find out , i just took it apart.

my questions are?

i found a head 60 bucks 110 kmiles.. i actualy saw the car had a sticker with these millage accident.. at wreckeres.. i saw the paperwork an oil change sticker...

SO am getting dirty its kinda still an option.
I am not making a race car , but its an option.

I read stickies, I was looking into swapping heads, I guess all diy are incomplete.. how do you wire your Vafc2? no wire coloors and which wire?
how hard is it to tune? its only a piggy back system will i have lean issues even if i tune it..? EX Ecu has coomplex map specific for vtec, will vafc be good enough to be same?

swapping the ECU its **** towing to dealer little more heactic..
I need the car to be put together faster , to drive..

otherwise I know what to do...

What i was looking is more in depth wire and pictures, and stuff..

I was going to keep stock exhaust , and vafc so i dont have to play with that...

I need vafc tune, and wire scheme to make it run ..

Still debating if i should just fix the head or swap and invest few dollar more and get some bang..

I dont want to get in to time wise car down, till i figure every detail of each wire....

no , i just took the head apart, i got bent 12 valves leaking , only 4 good. ouch thats going at 20 mph.. no damage to cylinder. so am either putting new one i found a complete set for 65 dollars.. or do the swap... i need the car.. the wiring bothers me an vafc2 .. if i had the time no problem to play around, but now am looking at time down.

Your car will drive with original ecu, just the vtec will not engage.

Drive with original ecu to dealer, swap them there and program it there.
