Scratched the frpnt bumper

So i get into my civic parked in my driveway and back out while turning as usual.. To my surprise i hear a Scccccrreeepppp.. Turns out while i was turning my front end brushed agaist some cinder blocks that someone put on the corner of my driveway (no idea that they were there).. Anyway now i have scratches on the front corner with the paint peeled up and in some areas indentations about a mm deep at most.. Tried the touch up paint that came with the car.. did absolutly nothing.. Is there any other way to fix this problem or will it have to be taken to a body shop? if so, how much will it cost aprox? the scratches are in an area of about 1 ft x 1 ft.

would be much help, thanks

might have to just take it to the shop. but it might cost a lot since it's that big. search around for cheap prices, but make sure they do a good job!!
