Zaino Working?

Hey everyone, I finished puting three coats of Zaino on my blue civic the other week and today when I washed my car I noticed something. Basically, when I used carnauba wax on my car, the surface was really smooth when I used instant detailer to get dust and topical stuff off. When I use instant detailer to get off dust and stuff now, with Zaino on my car, there is alot more resistance and it is a little harder to wipe off stuff. The surface isn't as smooth for some reason. My civic is still very shinny though. Why is this? Is Zaino suposed to be like this? I would appreciate you alls help.

Did you pre-treat your car and remove all the wax as suggested? If you didn't Zaino will not bond to your paint correctly. Ever since i've been using Zaino for over 2 years i've never had anyone complain about my car being not smooth. As a matter of fact my car is smoother than most show cars! Which bottle did you use? Z2 or Z5?

Yes I did, nevermind though, I contacted Zaino and they told me that I used too much zaino wash and it created a film on my car.
