Reapplying emblems?!?!

Anyone have an idea on how to put the original emblems back on? (ie. the civic and model emblems)

Will double sided tape really hold that well??? I wouldn't think so but i'm the one asking this question in the first place so what do i know...
I am talking about the exterior emblems. With sun and rain i wouldn't think it'll hold.

3M makes an emblem adhesive to stick exterior emblems back on. Wal-mart has it in their automotive section. It comes in a small squeeze tube. Let me know if you have trouble finding it, i'll hook you up.

Yeah I hear ya there I am going to re apply my EX emblem, because the glue refuses to come off and the touch up paint I used where I messed up is annoying me so I am just going to cover it up so I will get that off my mind. But the civic is staying off by all means

Double sided tape to hold your side skirts?!?! What exact kind of tape are you using? Must be some pretty strong stuff...

Toca, Please tell me that you used screw to hold up your side skirts too....You need to use screws or else one day you will be driving and you will hear crack....and you will roll over your skirt. If you use 3m double stick tape on the rear emblem, it will hold it. Just remember to usean alchohol pad on the spot you are going to apply the tape.

hey Nick,

did you try WD40 or some kind of bug/tar remover and soak the leftover glue? I did mine and it came off like a charm... Honda uses some really strong glue for sure... I just soaked it, came back 5 mins later, soaked it again, and then used my finger nail to pick the glue while frequently spraying... came off perfect...
