snow blower + cracked concrete = scratches

this guy over the weekend was snow blowing my great grandmothers car while i was sleeping one morning since it snowed like 3 inches or so. theres a patched area of cracked contrete on the side walk near where i parked. i noticed when i took the car out that day that there were small bits of concrete rocks on top of the snow that was collected over night on the car. now that the snows cleared and everything metled there are about 5 or 7 small, small hairline sctratches theyre not even millimeters long, on the paint from the snow blower throwing the debris on my car. what can i do to make this less noticable. the damage is not at all notciable, but it bugs me its there. i wax and clay my car once every 2 months, but i need something that will take these small scratches out. i am concerned because i believe some of the scratches may be below the paint. any advise?

sorry but i love my ssm sedan, its my babied daily driver thats regualrly garage kept.

will the scratches also promote swirl marks? how can i keep swirl marks away in the future.
