Hey guys, alright stay w/ me here cause I don't know too much about cars..... I have this white hazy stuff on the the bottom of my car underneath the driver door. I was wondering if you guys knew what this stuff was and if so, how do i remove it? I tried washing it repeatedly and scrubbing it. It disappears temporarily but once the car is completely dry, it's back.....Any suggestions? Also, will buffing sections of a car remove minor imperfections and small hairline scratches?? thanks.

white hazy stuff under car? hmm, maybe salt stains or waterspots? i dunno really. get a undercoating done on the underside of your car then you wont have to worry about it. and polishing will remove minor scratches and imperfections.

You can try polishing it, or better yet, get a clay bar to take it off. That should work.
