Rep Power: 0 obviously u have to wash your car, unless u dont mind driving a dirt car.
theres no set period, when u should wash it, depends when u see that it has gotten dirty enough.
at least once a month tho. as for waxing its up to u, usually before/after winter.

Rep Power: 0 Washing once or twice a month is a good idea. I usually wax ever other month. My present car is red but my previous car was black and I would always use a swirl reducer before waxing. It hides small scrathes and eliminates the swirls from hand or machine buffing
Hope this helps

Rep Power: 399 I wash mine once a week (there are too many bugs here) and I wax it when the water stops beading and rolling off the car. Usually once every 6-8 weeks.

Rep Power: 0 Well since my car is in a car tent and covered with a car cover and I never really drive it I haven't washed it in a mth. But for waxing yeah if the water isn't beading I say wax it, or before winter and after winter and before summer I say wax it.

Rep Power: 0 i religiously wash my car every other day...even if it's not dirty, i spray it and dry it off. Wax comes once a month. Car is almost a year old, and the paint looks brand new still.

Rep Power: 0 When you leave contaminates on your car they will etch your paint. Even water willl damage your paint if it dries on it. If you really want to learn about car care, read here.

Rep Power: 0 i wash my car not really depending upon certain time periods, but when i literally see the car is plain dirty. the shine is gone and all that stuff. that's when i wash it. i just use wax as the next-step thing so yeah..
i just consider it as a given thing. wash the car. wax the car. and don't forget to shine those rims, and ur tires as well. so fresh and so clean!

Rep Power: 0 lol. im addicted to washing mine. do it atleast one or two times a week. if you dont wash your car for a long time...dirt keeps building up...which leaves you with a harder job each time. so wash weekly.
