parking lot mishap

i parked my car in the mall parking lot and went inside and when i came out i noticed a rectangle of blue paint and some surface gouges on the rear bumper of my car. Someone hit my car and left the paint from theuir license plate inprinted on my rear bumber, is there any way to buff this paint transfer off or should i be looking for a new rear bumper?

no the paint isnt cracked, just the blue paint transfer and a couple of places where my paint has been stripped due to the bolts holding the license plate on.

yeah try that then some touch up paint if you really wanna do it right
and then if you are not satisfied take it to the professional
I would just do the scratch x, touch ups are a bitch

get a mr. clean magic eraser...it works wonders to get the other paint off....some dude while turning scraped along the rear bumper/rear left fender...and reamed his paint onto my car....and if you use the eraser it'll get that off good
