Rep Power: 258 I just painted my center caps cuz the "chrome" finish was peeling. I got dsome of that Krylon Fusion Paint. it is the best for plastic. I gave it 6 light coats and now it looks great.
My suggestion is get a 2000 grit sand paper, lightly sand them down, get a tack cloth, clean them off and them paint them with light coats. Wait 30-40 seconds in between each coat.
