k, you'll most likely need to take the seat backs off too...the smaller side has a flap that covers 2 10mm bolts on the right side, unscrew them, push the smaller side of the seatback toward the passenger side of the car and it should come right out.
To remove the bigger side of the seat back, unscrew the mount that held on the smaller side (also 10mm), then push the seat backtoward the driver side and it will come right out too.

around the middle of the seat cushion push down in the back and you'll see one 10mm bolt that holds the entire thing in, take it out and all the rest is just pulling up on the seat to get it to pop out...i'll look around to see if i can find pics

just for the replacement cushion i spent 97 shipped. i think it was worth it considering it was soaked in something weird and smelling up the car since i had it.

Huh... That is incredible price! I asked my dealer for cushion for the front and back seats for a Civic 2001 LX and they give me the following prices (OEM):
Front Seat Left 100.80 + 230.48 + 274.45+230.48+215.57 +215.57
Rear: 67.60+117.00+250.7
So after that
Where you find that cheap price?
Anybody replaced for reasonable price $100-200 the seat covers on Civic 2001 LX?
Any info are welcome.

ryancivic! Have you install it? Need some info? I can scan and send you a PDF.

I have had good luck with www.cheapesthondaparts.com they used to have very cheap shipping and great prices.

I have not seen a Japanese car yet where the OEM parts prices are not clear out of sight, Nice to find a good source at lower prices.
