Large Scuff?

Hey everyone, some time ago some idiot backed into the corner top of my rear bumper and make a large scuff that scratched the paint off. It is about 2" long across the crease right under my taillight and 1" wide. It looks like someone got a very large grain sand paper and went over the section. I can't just buff it out, and if I use touch-up paint, it will probably look worse. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

If you think touch up paint will look bad then, the only thing i can think of would be to bring it to a paintshop... What color is your car?

Blue Pearl, stands out like a soar thumb. Do you all think that touch-up paint would look bad if I don't over-do it?
