Scratch marks on head lamp?

does anyone know how to remove sctrach marks from head lamps?

i just cleared my head lamps and they looked sctrached and scruffed from up when I got them one

they look like visible lines

i sctrached them I think by rubbing dirt in or across the head lamp surface when I cleaned them with a squeegee from a gas station
