questions about removing shat off paint

hey guys . .ive noticed this for awhile and it keeps bugging the hell out of me. on the top of my trunk there are about 3 different spots that look like stains on it. the spots are hard to describe. . clear but u can see them if u look at it from an angle. it seems that these little "stains" are under the clearcoat mebbe .. .cuz i tried everything. . washing my car w/ dishwashing liquidt to take off wax, using tar remover, but nothing works.

also on the back of my trunk i stuck my civic sign back on after i took it off with 3M plastic Emblem and Trim adhesive. i dont want that sign on anymore. .and when i took it off the glue is like facking melted plastic! i dunno how to get rid of that stuff. . goo gone mebbe? and is "goo off" the same thing? i dont wanna strip the clearcoat . .thanks.

anything like that. goo gone, goo off, goo B gone. They're all the same. Worked really well when I took off my dealer emblem.

i havent; are you sure they'r under the paint? try some goof off or goo gone there too; it claims to take out "stains". Hey, why not.
