Rep Power: 0 Here an interesting trick that I learned from some detailing professionals on tv. What you do is your use oil on your tires. Every week for about 3 weeks if I recall, you use oil to make your tires shine. What happens after 3 weeks is that the rubber has absorbed some of the oil, giving it a permanent shine. Basically all you have to do after that for a while is just whipe the tire with a cloth and the shine will come right out.

Rep Power: 0 The griots dressing works great, it's expensive, but I never use anything else -

Also the rubber cleaner every month or 2 totally keeps the brown look away.

Rep Power: 350 I use the Meguiars tire shine. Black magic with the red glitter sometimes. Both of those are great because over time they dont turn your tires brown

Rep Power: 0 At the detail shop I work at we have recently started using a new tireshine that is the best that I have ever seen. It is a gel called Blue Ice made by Pro. It is perfect for low profile tires. No overspray, no drips, no slinging, and it dries almost instantly into a high gloss finish.

Rep Power: 0 your tires might also be turning brown early because they might not be cleaned off well enuf every week i spray my tires with citrus degreaser (mixed 1 to 1 with water) and scrub, then repeat. i do all four tires and then dress with 303 which is water based. the ppl that are saying that armor all is staining driveway, that is because it is high in petroleum distallates which are bad for rubber. for that reason, i will not use armor all. .......be careful using armor all in engine compartment as it can ***but usually doesnt*** cause premature radiator hose wear. I hate armor all, ever notice that if you put it on your pedals or steering wheel, its slippery like a ****. water based vinyl dressing can be applied to pedals and steering wheels w/ little if any slippage.

Rep Power: 0 What I do before I wash my car is use a tire brush to clean the build-up from prior applications
with car wash soap and water. Make sure you scrub well between the grooves on the tire wall. Then rinse of with med. pressure. After that I use Meguiars NXT protectant. It won't build up as fast as others and it has UV ray protectants that prevent the tires from cracking and turning brown.

Rep Power: 272 Armor All tire foam for me, it's been good to me. I've tried No Touch tire foam too, but it tends to run and leave a funny residue.
