scratches..

how deep scratch does polish or wax cover?
i got kinda deep scratch..not that deep but its noticeable..
i think its from the zipper that my book bag has on it and
i might scratch my car with it accidently but im not sure what caused it..
anyway..
i wonder if that one could be covered by polish or scratch x or whatever..
i kno its kinda hard to explain in words..but i just want some comments

Glaze will cover some surface scratches, but I don't know about the deeper ones. If there is white showing, then it's a good bet wax won't help.

i wouldn't get touch-up paint, i think it stands out horribly and looks worse than just having a small scratch. best bet would probably be to just wax it really heavily. o, and whatever you do, DONT use any of that buffing compound that Pep Boys and places sell to get scratches out. It'll destroy your clearcoat and just make the scratch stand out more.
