Re: 2.0 Swap
If you want a 2.0t, go buy an accord or save for the Type R.
Re: 2.0 Swap

Just drive your car as it is.
Re: 2.0 Swap
So you have a car payment? Best not to rip it apart if the bank owns it? Have another car so you can work on this one for a few months?
Drive it for what it is and buy a 5th or 6th Gen civic and put a Type R motor in that of you must.

Re: 2.0 Swap
Def turbo (bigger turbo on the K20C1) and def intercooler (again, bigger IC), and associated plumbing (bc different IC).
Sensors and everything are different, so wiring harness and ECU are a must
plus anything that's spidered out to the rest of the car that the R has that your LX/Sport coupe/sedan doesn't have, otherwise it'll throw codes and errors out the wazoo. It'll fit, that's for sure, but making it work is a different story.
Swapping my engine for an Si engine is complicated enough, but doable, and that's a 1.5T to a 1.5T. There are a lot of electronics spidered out through cars nowadays that swaps aren't as simple as they were back then.
oh, if you're looking at that K20C1 crate engine that Honda is selling, you have to be part of a race team or something affiliated with Honda Performance Development. They won't just sell them to the general public for street cars. just FYI in case that's the route you were looking at
