Should these items have lightbulbs?

Should these items have lightbulbs? 2005 Civic Hybrid.
On a trip tonight I noticed the steering wheel area was pretty dark, and it made me think I might have some bad bulbs.
I looked on several Honda parts websites but did not find any mention of bulbs, just the entire switch.
So, do these areas have some sort of internal light bulb?
1. Cruise control buttons on the steering wheel (Switch Assembly, Auto Cruise Set );
2. Turn signal/light switch (SWITCH ASSY., LIGHTING & TURN SIGNAL ); and
3. Wiper switch (SWITCH ASSY., WIPER).
I haven't driven the car at night for some time, and it feels like the text on these items should be backlit like others on the dash.
