Rock Forward and Backwards

I apologize in advance if this is posted already, I've tried searching but nothing similar to my problem. Although, I'm glad to know that my driver seat isn't the only one that rocks back and forth. History on car: 2001 Civic EX - Automatic. 190k miles. My wife had this car since new, when we got married we purchased her a new Honda Accord and this Civic has become my everyday driver. Gives my truck and wallet a break. Anyways, I put new radiator (old was cracked), thermostat, and Cam Cap or whatever its called on the back side of the head that was leaking oil like crazy. I also changed the front two struts keeping the original springs but also replacing the strut mounts. Symptoms: riding down the road normal speed, apply brake and come to complete stop the car seems to move forward and backwards slightly until coming to rest. If you let off the brake and coast slightly then reapply the brake the rocking movement happens again. This can be reproduced at any time, day or night, cold or slightly warm (given the time of year and area I live). Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Rock Forward and Backwards

Somewhere on here is some info on the bushings/inserts that cause troubles.

IIRC Honda had a TSB on it with part #s and such.
