02 civic si dead

I have been having an intermittent problem where the car would act like the clutch wasn't pushed in lights all work dash boots up i'd crank it a few times and it would fire. Now its completely dead. i get in the green key stays solid i turn the key 2 seconds later it sounds like the main relay behind the dash pops once and then the green key blinks. i'm going to check fuses when I get home but the fuel pump isn't kicking on either so I can't bump start it either. the only code it reads is p1607 which is a pcm code. Has anyone ever had this happen and how did you fix it? i'm getting really frustrated with it any help would be great.

Re: 02 civic si dead

Canadian Si or US Si?
Canadian Si is the EX model in US, Si in US is the hatch

Green key means need reprogramming key, but if PCM issues, if you car is Canadian, it could be loose bolts in alternator, which fries the ECU...
