Unhappy problem somwheres in ignition system?

(sorry this is long)

hi guys, ive been troubleshooting this problem for a while now and im just sick of it, i looked around the forum and after a few douzens i gave up.. can somone please help me out?
heres the description of the car
2003 civic LX manual, stock motor, 05 SI tranny, alternator pushes 90 amps instead of the stock 60?, stock battery at the moment,

not the problem....

had issues starting car now and then, had to start on compression, changed starter, forgot to turn allarm off after puting batery back on and it took 2 horus before i finaly got the car to start again with the key, Then i got home no more problems for a few days and then started to have a buzzing noise coming from under the dash on passenger side, after a few days figured it was the relay, so i changed the relay and now theirs no buzzing noise coming from there, but the car doesnt start... not on compression either, when i turn the key, everything seems normal, dash lights comes on, fuel pump turns on, everything is normal but the car doesnt start, theirs no cranking no nothing, its as if you would just leave the key on ON and leave it there... can anyone help me out please?
(side note: for some odd reason its hard to fit the key in the lock for the door on driver side, ''' that started a few days after the car not wanting to start for some ODD reasons?????''''' )

Please im desprate....

Re: problem somwheres in ignition system?

Sounds like a fried Multiplex Control Unit (part of the under-dash fuse/relay box) or ECM/PCM.
