2003 anti theft / immobilizer problem
My Gf bought a 2003 civic a few months ago and we keep getting problems with it , sometimes we are stuck 30-45mins before the car starts. We even got a new key made and its still the same issue is their anyways to reset the anti theft or something

Sounds like the immobilizer itself might be failing.
It needs to be programmed so dealer might be your best bet. You can bring them a used immobilizer to use if you dont want to pay for a new one.
