Odd noise

Hey guys. I've been experiencing an odd noise in my 2004 Honda Civic DX. After I shift into second gear or third gear and completely let off the accelerator/throttle, there's a metallic vibration noise that sounds like it's coming from my driver side wheel well. I think it might be my CV axel, but I'm not sure. Any thoughts or insights would be greatly appreciated!
