What do I do
What do I do
Hi I’m new to the civic game so have a question I have a horrible clunking in the rear that I’m pretty sure I have finally narrowed down to lower control arm/trailing arm bushings. My question is before I spend the money because they’re expensive as hell. Should I replace the entire trailing arm assembly or just by bushing kit and replace the bushings

Re: What do I do
The cheaper, more time consuming/frustrating way is to do the bushings, getting a press kit helps alot. This is also a good way to do it if you don't think all the bolts are going to come out nicely.
if you've got the money and you know everything will come apart nicely, throw new arms in. You can always replace the bushings on your new arms at your leisure
