Please help 🙏

My 05 honda civic has been sitting on a flat tyre for 2 months..i replaced the flat but the wheel wont move..its like locked up.. it moves a little but then dosen't..please help

is the parking brake lever up?

if auto, is it in park?

if no to above, brakes rusted and need a jolt to move, give more gas

Its manual.. and no the parking brake is down.. i tried giving gas but it just drags the tyre

One of the rears I assume? If it's enough to drag the tire you're going to have to work on it. Take the wheel off and whack the drum with a hammer (again, assuming it's a rear wheel).
