Listen up monkey boy..All you do is jack the car take the wheel off and then just grab the rear drum and pull on it..It should come off, if it doesnt then tap it with a hammer and add wd40 around the hub and continue tapping on top of the drum and on the face of it where the studs are..It should come off..If you have a second set of hands available you tap the drum and have the other person turn it counter clock wise and then it should come off...
If all this fails take two flat edge screw drivers and pry behind the backing plate and drum slowly to release it...
OK REP PLEASE
lolll

all you need to do is hit the top of the drum really hard about 2 or 3 times with a hammer and it will loosen it up then you pull it off. You do not need to thread any bolts in there. Like Viper said, give it to really hard swings with the hammer and it will loosen up to where you can pull it off. If it isnt working that way, then you arent hitting the drum hard enough with the hammer.
you are talking about the cover right? if it isnt coming off easily it is just very rusted and will take a little more work to get apart.. unless you are speaking of something else... sorry.. i'm no help LOL

Listen to this guy. He knows what he is talking about. Hit it hard in the middle using a heavy duty hammer. You will see rust and dust exploding out from the drums. After hitting the drums, use a flat screw driver to pry between the drums.

as previously stated I used hammer a mini sledge to be exact
and I used the screw driver pry method
all while me or my father where pulling on the drum
so I want to know what size bolt do I need to back the rotor off?
You do not need thread the bolt. The cover of the drums are held together when you mount back your tires. Like I said before, don't tap the cover. Use your mighty strengthens and hit the middle of the drums.

Pull the bolts out of the bracket that holds the brake line they are the right size to remove the drum. It works fine my friend's drum would not come off with any amount of hammering, but the bolts popped it right off

oh my god, hit the drum harder man. It shouldnt be on there that tight. Take a hammer and pound the **** out of it, it should only take a few swings to do the trick. Like gilmore said, you will see dust come out, then hit it again, it will loosen up. HIT IT HARD, dont be afraid.

for some reason, you all arent hitting it hard enough or long enough. Dont be scared, hit the hell out of the top of the drum, it shouldnt be on there that tight.
