Car: Honda Civic 2001 ES1: D17z1 AT SLXA
So background. Came home after working away and had high pitch sound on 1-4 gears. Changed fluid, sound went away, next day no gears at all

Took out engine+ Trans - sent trans to specialist. 4 wks later turns out they are too damn busy so had to figure out another option

Picked up second hand trans . Installed, installed engine etc
getting a D light and no start. Can slightly start with starter fluid but beyond that - no go.

expect the D light as I haven't managed to idle and build any trans pressure.

No idea why ive got no starting/rough starting. Engine sat for approximately 6wks.

Cleaned all electrical connections, cleaned throttle body etc.

Have fuel pressure - to start, seems like it's not getting any fuel after the initial burst.

Checked filter etc, changed plugs.

Any suggestions. Really confused on this. Not my first engine swap or removal etc
Fyi i hate AT. At least with MT I can push start it.
