Got mad and was repeatedly stepping hard on my clutch now pedal won't come back up

Hey. I was having a stressful day and repeatedly jammed my foot on the clutch pedal. Just replaced the master cylinder and put new ring in the slave cylinder and bled the system about a year ago. Any idea what I broke in the system? I haven't checked the fluid level yet. The clutch will only engage with the pedal not far off the floor or not at all and I had to jam the shifter into place to get it to shift.

new clutch disk, pressure plate and flywheel don't even have 6k on them.

Thanks!

I hope things get better for you.

Check clutch fluid level. Maybe a bent clutch release fork?
