Shifter stuck

Shifter stuck
So the issue is the shifter is stuck in park I can manually override it to put it into gear can I get a couple ideas what the problem may be is it the cylinoid or the ECU board Or if you guys have a better idea what it may be let me know thank you

Probably the solenoid, or the brake light switch.
do you know how to test those?
