Gears not shifting easily after a clicking sound

Hi all.
I have a 2004 Civic in auto transmission.
A few days ago as I was accelerating while coming off the roundabout, I heard a little clicking sound coming from what it sounded like front driver wheel side. Straight away I struggled to shift into higher gear while trying to accelerate on that road. Ever since I’ve noticed this problem now, which is extremely painful while emerging in a higher speed road. Seems like the car is driving fine while 20/30mph. Anything above that or accelerating too quickly just seems to be off.
It’s just over 100k miles, I just had break pads, suspension arms and CV shaft replaced within the last 2 months which all adds up to 1/3 of the value of the car when I bought it. Is there even any point of getting it done or should I just not bother. I thought with the new CV shaft (which seems to break around that mileage in Civics) and suspensions the car should run okay for a few years, but I feel like I’m just putting money into it and keeps falling apart.
Any tips, suggestion and advice highly appreciated. Thank you!

Alot of aftermarket CV shafts are garbage, have you looked under the car at all yet?

thanks for getting back to me. I haven’t really looked as I’m not sure what I’m looking for? My knowledge is pretty basic but if you tell me what needs to be checked I will have a look.

Get the front end off the ground with the suspension hanging (ie don't have the jack stands under the control arms) and start wiggling the suspension, wheels, and axles. You might see something obvious as soon as you get the car up. I'm sure there's videos on YouTube on how to inspect the front end

Thank you. I will try to have a look today. I checked yesterday and it seems like transmission fluid levels are very low. I am not sure did it ever has been replaced. I’ve been told the fluid levels shouldn’t go down unless there’s a leakage? I wonder if it’s worth me changing the fluid or get it straight to the mechanic?

Fluid is cheap, it's worth trying
trans has a drain plug
so drain the old fluid, put in about 3 quarts of new fluid (use only Honda fluid)
Drive it around to get the fluid hot and flowing.
Drain the fluid, add new.
Repeat until the fluid is nice and red
