There is something wrong with my torque converter?

Hey there, this is not actually an "issue" is more like a question...

My car is a Civic EX 2002 with 140K kilometers (around 88K miles).

When I am over a flat ground with "D" engaged and release the brake pedal my car will barely moves onward and if the ground is slightly sloped (say 5-10 degree) it will move backward. Would it mean an inefficiency in my torque converter?

could try changing the fluid and see if that helps. do a drain and fill with oem honda fluid 3 times. should use about 3 bottles of fluid each drain and fill
