Bad ISB, what bearings to replace?
Bad ISB, what bearings to replace?
Just wondering if I should only replace the ISB or if I should replace other bearings as well, like mainshaft and countershaft. I already plan on putting a new clutch on.
I assume I should stick with Honda (NTN) bearings?
I'm not sure I'm going to do it on my own, I may just pull the tranny out and take it to a shop.
My car has 120k on it, transmission shifts perfect. I bought the car new and have always treated it well, very rarely grind, match the revs, etc..
Everything else (synchros, gears) should be ok right?
You wouldn't think anything was wrong if you drove around with the radio on.
