WTF: TRANY GONE?

i have a 2001 LX AUTO, yes i know what your thinking... thanks... ok now to my question, i am worried as hell... It started stormin pretty bad so i went into a parking garage and undid the red rubber from the INJEN CAI. The tube was still dry so i put it back on and started my car, after shaking it off. Next thing i know, the car goes POP, and so i finally shift gears, and it makes this big clunk as i get out of PARK. when i go into drive there is a slight to moderate shake, but then, my car doesnt even move till about 2.5 rpm. The reverse, is as strong as it was before, just a tap and the car moves, but in D it wont, I floored it, and it still wont go anywhere, it goes reallllllly slowly. I talked to HONDA, but they said they cant see me till monday, and now im worried i really pooped up my car. Im guessing it is a tranny or a tranny mount. Could it be something else? IF it is, is it under warrenty? (15300mi) Will a cai/exhaust/rims/swaybars void my warrenty? should i put all the stock stuff back on??? PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!! u can also email me at HANGUKNAMJA@HOTMAIL.COM thanks guys and be safe.

My 2 cents NEVER take your car in to the dealership with aftermarket parts. No none of those things should have voided any warrenty regarding tranny BUT, Honda sucks a$$ and for sure will try and blame it on something other than their sh!tty products. If they never see the aftermarket parts they can't try and pass the buck. The deal with aftermarket parts and voiding warrenties is they have to prove the problem is caused by the aftermarket part.

i had the same problem with my honda accord. (at the wreck yard now RIP)
ha anyways.
i would floor the car in drive and i wouldnt go anywhere my rpms would redline and speed would be 0.
does ur car idle weird too? like it goes up and down. i would think that something in your tranny broke.
try putting in ur oem intake and see what happens. as long as ur injen cai wasnt sumerged in water it should be fine.

how were you on your transmission b4 this?

also, when you undid the injen intake you may have removed a wire, look around where the intake is and see if anything looks odd

I had a rental Civic, ironically when I had mine in the shop, and it did the SAME THING.

I don't think it's your CAI. It's just the shiddy honda tranny.

OK AFTER TAKING APART MOST OF THE FONT END:

1. all it was was a ______ sensor!!!

2. but heres the deal... the wires had come out of the socket when i was checking the intake the other day, so i look and of course honda cant do just red and black so I find that i am in a loss of what to do. both wires in either place let the car run. im jsut afraid i have it in teh wrong place and my ecu will go to ______if i jsut leave it like it is....

anyway have a shop manual?
