Clutch pedal problem
Clutch pedal problem
I just did a clutch and flywheel install on my car and now the clutch pedal does not work. From what I can see there are no leaks on the slave cylinder or the lines but can't tell for sure. Can it be caused by over tightening the hydraulic hard line to the slave cylinder? One more thing I thought my throw-out bearing was going out, thus the reason I changed my clutch but I still hear a noise from the transmission, could it be the fork holding the bearing because it seemed kind of loose.

Clutch
About a year ago i had the same problem on my '77 Land Cruiser. Push the clutch in and nothing happens. Check your slave cylinder.
