Clutch pedal is binding

My '01 LX MT has an annoying clicking sound like something in the linkage is binding. It clicks with the pedal about half way in. Any one have any suggestions on what to adjust to get this to go away?

There is a TSB on this.

Grease works too. I had to grease the linkage between the pedal and clutch cylinder, and I had a creak at the slave cylinder. A dab of grease between the slave cylinder and the clutch fork took care of that.
