Angry No Crank, No Start

Good morning Peeps!
I am having a no crank no start issue and drained new battery, could someone please point me to the right direction on how to fix this. Unfortunately my dumb self thought that it could've been the starter and bought a new one. i have replaced the neutral safety switched which were bad, checked the grounds and look fine.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.

thank you.

Re: No Crank, No Start

Check fuses especially the 80A fuse under the hood
Check neutral safety switch and pad.
Check electrical portion of ignition switch.
Check grounds, especially one on the water passage.
