i have hoda civic 2004 lx and i need the radio code because i reset the battery? but i have the serial # which is when you preset 1&6 and it display U2701 L3508. I need the 5 digit code? Can you please help me? Thanks

you'll have to call the dealership and give them the serial number and they will tell you the code.

open the owners manual, there should be a card with the number you will need

I have been going thru this same problem. I DID NOT have to go to the dealership. Power off radio 10 secs turn car to on position, then I held radio power 1 +6 and I entered that 8 digit code and my vin on https://radio-navicode.honda.com to recieve my 5 digit unlock code. It did work sucessfully once. Someone jiggled my battery terminals and reset it a second time. I reentered the code again but now it is giving me errors. I guess I need to pull the fuse or disconnect the battery completely again and start over. ???????
Nobody would steal a radio from an 04 -The CD doesn't even work.... Sigh.
